Problem

When I load in icon of the Ryzom, it appears a black box and it disappears very fast and appears the Ryzom to dowloader, but I already installed the game 3 times. Can you help me please?

Your problem does not seem to be Ring related, please visit the sticky at the top of this thread for a list of resources available to help you solve your problem.
