Game won't launch

Hello,
I am running windows vista and have all the needed specs on my computer.
Just installed Ryzom and made it download only necessary files to start and play the game, only problem, once I click on "Start Ryzom now", it doesn't start... Windows tells me the program stopped working

Have you tried giving your user full permissions? Vista users often have problems based on inappropriate permission levels. Browse to the directory above your Ryzom directory, right-click on the Ryzom directory, go to the security tab, and change/add rights for Users (or just yourself) and set your permissions to Full Control. Caution make sure you don't give permissions to the "everyone" user
