HOWEVER! You can build your own custom regen where you heal more than one area, you just can't heal as high.
For example a fighter with HP & Stam regen, has his highest regen (HP) at level 5. Now he could use a pure lvl 5 HP regen for 500 HP, or he could combine lvl 3 HP & lvl 2 Stam. All depends on the maximum level timer you have available.
Hope this helps ;D

Also remember that you can use the plain old "Default Attack" that uses no stamina. So even if you run completely dry, you can at least use that instead of just standing there waiting for stamina to regen.

Um, being the one that coined the phrase used in Varth's sig (and having coined it long before I came here), I'll thank you for not casting aspersions.

Added background
The origin of that phrase goes back to 1997 while working with a large number of teenagers. During some rather mentaly and physically trying activities that lasted about a week, one of the kids mentioned that having just one of the group be strong, be courageous or be enthusiastic made the whole group stronger, more courageous and enthusiastic. It was then that I coined our motto "By the strength of one are many made strong." That became my personal motto here after the Jen-Laï incident during the last Open Beta and was officially adopted by Comitatus Praetorian on 20 October. The guild then adopted my signature format on 23 October. Now you know the whole story.

Evidently. Just for further information, that's been in my sig since 25 September, of course there is no way to prove that as all sigs update dynamically but suffice it to say that there was no stealing as you state in your first post.

LOL, you know thats an ancient chinese proverb right? It originated from a story of a farmer who was about to die. He told his seven sons at his death bed to each take a chopstick and break it. They each broke it easily. Then he got 7 chopsticks together and asked them to break it. They could not. He explained that alone, none of them were strong enough, but together as one. They were much stronger. He suspected his sons did not listen to him, so at his dying breath he told them of the gold he had buried in the fields.

After the father died, his sons went digging for the treasure. They dug the fields day and night and could not find a hint of the gold. Finally after a few days they gave up. Since they already had the fields dug, they planted the seeds for the wheat. After a few months, the fields were full of the golden wheat, and they finally realized what their father had meant. They realized that with teamwork, they could accomplish anything.
