Hey,
who believes GameForge should make them attackable again? Fame grinds are boring for some players, and can also make players quit because its tedious.
Also changing factions or even guild fame takes a very long time.
I used to always have so much fun killing the guards. Please i beg, bring it back.

I'm with you on that one mate. It only seems logical, since they attack us on site anyway. And the opposingfaction can always interfere...

they also need to make it serious offence (it's temple guards after all), so that every npc who is pro kami, will start to hate you (that includes zorai and fyros races).... and they need to +make fame reward smaller and -fame reward bigger. (so it actually takes few "session" to get you fame and not just 30min.
i'm sure you dont agree with me, but fame should be taken seriously and not treated like socks you change every day.

If they implement it as before, I say no. But they should make the temple guards attackable again, so one can defend against their attacks.
Anyway, fame 'grinds' via missions is and was a lot faster.

I did over 20 Karavan missions (mainly killing bandits) a day for 2 weeks solid, so 240+ missions and my fame moved from -100 to -90. So either i was bugged (which i was told i wasnt, everyday for a week) or a 'session' on the guards was, infact quicker.

it will go faster ,i had the same ,i had -95 karavan fame and i did 3 rounds of Mission a day and in every round my fame moved only 3-5 points when i reached -50 Karavan fame and i made 1 fame round i got 12 fame and when u are under 30 fame it goes damn fast....its not a bug its only hard top get karavan fame when ya have -100 or something ,first it will take a while and later it is faster as u can see

at the end i have doneit from -95 Karavan to +30 in 7 days

Makes sense if you ask me, it's normal that it is hard to get your totally negative score up. I personally didnt have any probs raising my fame. The way to raise your fame as a newbie player is to find you some friends to do the fame hunt with. Try the missions out together, explore other areas together, move to higher lvl areas in group, die in group... was very, very fun to do

Also, when doing missions as a higher level player, use your lowest feasible combat skill, as the fame reward is related to theoretical xp. The more xp you get (even if you get none at all, the lower the skill the more fame reward) the more fame you get. I used close combat @ 51 with a pair of max spd/dmg daggers on all the q50 zones' missions and got my 60 Kami fame very quickly. Having a high melee for the HP helps

I wouldn't mind being able to attack them again, in self defense. If they allowed fame again, you should have to take a mission from the other faction's temple so that we could limit the amount of fame you gain in one day. I also believe that it would again be nice to have faction points back again since we have so many new players that are unable to get the rewards and maybe a complete set of armor and/or weapons to bring the fun back. Could even have rewards for diggers again. Sorry to get off topic but I think both of these would be great

But the faction honour points were for something else, for the building the temples.
