Can't Login

Heys peeps,

I recently up-graded to the full game account, and am totally loving the world of Ryzom.

Today I had a disconnect from the server, and now when i press 'play' on my character, it just returns me to the character page instead of loading me into the game, can anyone help please?

Got disconnected and now it won't go passed the char selection screen.

ive just had the exact same problem - what firewall are you guys using? im using kerio personal firewall and i just removed the entry for the client and readded it and its fixed it, dunno if this is any help

The Arispotle server crashed 20 minutes ago for an unknown reason. We've just reopened it and are now investigating on what may be the cause of the problem. You should be able to log in now.

Aaah problem seems to be solved, was able to log in aswel.

Logged in for a few minutes, now server down for maintenance. Server mergers aren't an easy task, I guess

Yes... We're on it. The cause is most likely linked to the patch and not the merge. I'll keep you posted.

Hey there having same problem- I can log in to my char, then it keeps going back to my char rofl. Keeps on doing a loop De loop Glad to hear there is a problem with the server hehe. I was worried something was wrong with me haha. thankies, Brave
