having friends who share your goal does not make you a sheep, ignoring those friends and spurning their assistance makes you a fool.

It seems some wish the tryker lands would be free of all friends, this is the road backwards into weakness and slavery.

Nothing was said about shared goals and aiding freinds, I dont pretend to have a monopoly on the truth either but all I see is "ignore you natural allies or be doomed" the same bleating.

yours, a foolish? but happily free Tryker

OOC: What are you looking for on this thread and on this forum, Jackoba?
Are you answering Final's question? No.
Are you Role Playing? C'mon, RP is not for strong "warriors" like you.
Are you explaining why are you associated with one civilisation in special? No, you can hardly remember what race your character is unless you zoom in.

Go play the game you like and leave those who care do (what remains of) their game; as you can see, they don't stop you get as many OPs as you want, feed yourself with as many cats as you wish and generally have a happy game experience as you understand it.

Leave the "tryker nightmare" - as you used to call the old tryker guilds - have their words, they aren't in your way anymore.

And very sorry all for this outburst but we all have some limits at times.

On this point I strongly have to disagree with you.

There were never friends that could ignore. The so called friends decided to ignore small guilds during the founding of their alliance, there was not even the idea of an offering of friendship. Instead I was frequently declared an enemy by this so called friends, during times I opposed Matisian intruders inside the borders of the lakelands. Members of my guild and I were hunted down by this so called friends in the contested regions of Atys.

So their actions alone made them everything but friends. So how do you dare to demand that I trust the bully in the playground!

Jacko,

You know the way I play "Crythos", its my take on how I see him in the light of his history on Atys, the lore, current events and situations all swirled up in a big pot.

Further detail would I beleive not be beneficial to the thread and raise contentous issues, many of us have strongly held personal opinions that have created bad mudslinging threads elsewhere.

I play "Crythos" to my perspective of the actions of a freedom loving Tryker true and loyal to Fairhaven and his people, this perspective is not shared by others who would also use the same description to describe themselves, even though their allegence is obviuosly elsewhere, and is why I dont think it would be constructive to take this further here.

Sorry if you feel this answer is a cop out.

(ooc)np mate :) not gonna accuse you of copping out,

either way guess I will bow out from this thread (sorry trini I cant discuss the situation) then as Faa said I'm not allowed to RP as she holds the monopoly on it. I wasnt hoping to "get anything" from this thread, just playing my character and asking questions to which I did not know the answer. Faa I think for once you are the way out of line one.

To answer final question in regards to jack, no I have not thought of changing my fyros race alliegence, my character is fyros to the bone (happy now faa)

Happily, the lakelands are blessed with an ample supply of mud. Kami tolerance never runs low on the stuff. :D

Awesome idea, it's not looked at the same by new/old timers. Some of us come from a different era man, Windemeer's merge with Aristople was not easy but we settled in. Most of us have more friends after than before the merge...

BUT, this is now... Beau (and others, got no reason to not like someone with his spunk that promotes SoR) has been around a few days and wants to be popular... Some old timers just want to play a game similiar to what was told to us. Players from other games want to make our game like thier old one. The single most important thing to this homin is the "Saga" we lost... Fix that and give us something more to desire/achieve and we flourish. New toys and skill balances are sweet (and also overdue) but don't have any meat. PvP is not gonna save our great game, the players are.

[DT is suited and a perfectly happy Matisian, the Beta helped this choice as I had some great SoR players in the Beta Melinoe. I was twisted from my original Zorai leanings by Wylkroe. With my playstyle, during beta he suggested DT was a perfect Matis... I still believe his words were wise. I was DejaVooDoo, a proud Zorai when I began the beta... but saw the lore in my heart meant a change in the wind. When we talked about keeping our beta guild into a release guild... Melinoe, Karavaneers & Masters of the Bark were born... NO REGRETS here !

[One of the biggest losses when our webhost died, was losing little thing like our dicussions waiting on the games release. EVERY member of Melinoe for the SoR launch was pumped up, even tracking when our order arrived from UPS etc... It was a glorius time in SoR history.]

[OOC]Going to butt in here. Who made you Queen & Master RPer overnight? If the guy wants to RP in the RP section then he can.

Don't bother saying your sorry as you post something you know is, and mean to be offensive.[/OOC]
