After subscribing do i have to wait till the money has gone from my bank account to be able to play ryzom ? cause im also getting the error code 1 issue when im trying to connect. Urrghh!

Still having this problem now? I'm sure that to reactivate an account, yes you'll have to wait a little for the funds to clear and the account to be updated. If you haven't played in a few months then I suggest you download the new installer and install to a fresh folder, don't use your old game folder if that is giving you this error message.

Downloaded the game tried goin into it but i had a error.

my old cd is useless
i dont know why i cant log into my account.

I have made 2 accounts both completly useless im totally confused. iv downloaded the game twice and still fugged up.

The game servers were moved at the end of January so if you haven't played since then, your old files and installers will be looking for the servers in the wrong place. So use the latest download I have linked to above.

thats where i downloaded it completly useless. wont even let me get onto the log screen. i downloaded the full one cause ima subscriber alrdy. so no point in downloading the small.

What make a trial version account again ? downlaod the small 1 then use the file inside the folder when its complete ?

That was my next suggestion - register a new, trial, account and see if you can log on with that. That is nothing to do with the files in your Ryzom folder, you just have to reregister and get a new account name.

Ok thankyou I will give that a try. Ill update on the situation.

And use only the trial version, because it's small and therefore simpler to troubleshoot with, and because the full download you say you have installed is not even letting you get to the login screen - so that obviously cannot be a problem with your account.

Ok great news i can log into it and get on character screen. with the trial version. ok How do you download the full version ?
