Hello. I downloaded the free trial, and it installed, then I created an account, then started the game. It patched fine, I created a couple characters, and when I tried to enter the game it loaded all the way (the bottom bar) and then just sat there. Never went any further. had to ctrl-alt-del out of it. Any clues?

Did opening your ports fix this? If not, try updating your video drivers to the latest version. I had this same problem before upgrading mine to the latest nVidia ones (93.71). Good luck.
