Help.. My character is missing

Hi, can someone help me.. I subcribed to Ryzom a few days ago and continued to play my character on the Ruins of Silan, think I got to about level 24 magic at the highest. However, I've tried to log into game today and my character is missing! I've also just checked my profile and it says I'm still on the free trial!!

Can someone please explain what is happening and let me know If/when I'm going to get my character back, or what is happening.. I.E will I be charged for the subscription or not

Ok.. Edit... I've just checked my bank statements ONLINE and can confirm.. I've been charged for a subscription of £8.49 on 11th April 2007... Any help would be grateful.. or even an email I can contact the Dev's on..

First thing u should do is; DO NOT OVERWRITE UR CHARACTER SLOT THE TOON WAS IN.

And now wait for Tydamus to come in

Your character is here (on Cho) and you are indeed a subscriber since yesterday. However, you subscribed with another account and not "tankg1rl78". Use the same account to pay and to play and all should be fine.
