cancel subscription

Due to connection problems, I must leave Ryzom.

I can;t find how to cancel subscription on the account page, can someone tell me?

Hello there, Tuutob!

In order to cancel your account, please visit the account profile page here. Once there, fill in your account details, and click on the Edit Personal Information link. At the very bottom you should find a check-box to cancel your account.

If you must cancel your subscription, it is possible to make another one to keep a character on Silan. Playing on the starter island is unlimited, and that way you can still be involved when you are able to connect.
If you need help with connecting, like you are having problems with your internet or routers or soemthing, maybe we can help?

If it is connection problems, try dial-up. I have a 56K modem and the game runs quite well without many lags. However, this being said I am unable to use Ventrilo, while playing, I just type fast.

I'm having the same trouble with cancelling the subscription actually (decided to quit awhile ago) I'm not sure whether the thing has gone through or not it just flips me to the customer support message and only has the back button on it, mind explaining what's going on o_0

Same here and funny thing is i NEVER used a reacuring payment.
I payed 1 month back in november just before they gone bankrupt.
Yesterday i got a message from my bank saying i need to pay 125 euro's.
I look at my creditcard details and them morons have been belling me everymonth since starting 2007.
Since Gamefroce took over they just gave everyone a FREE change to REACURING payment plan or somthing to make some more cash ?

dont know how it was before, but now if you subscribe, you cant make one time payment. it's 1, 3 or 6 months only.

and yes, subscribtions automatically resumed when gameforge took over.
