There is a "casting time" when shooting with an autolauncher or launcher. And if you move while the shooting skill is being executed, you will interrupt the action. An opponent may attempt to interrupt the action as well.
- Creatures become much more aggressive when you use an autolauncher or a launcher on them

You're not supossed to run around with a mortar trying to blow up stuff; makes kinda sense to me artillery weapons are more static. It's going to make leveling those branches pretty interesting now.

i haven't actually leveled launcher solo (i find it pointless and waste of mats), but i have seen it done

It makes the ligth guns more interesting, witch is good.
It also does the amno thing more reliable, witch is good.
It will change the PvP a lot, witch is *very* good (Best part of the fun is find good tactics, best equipment, etc...).
I think it will make the artillery a fundamental part of the battle, more than now. They are less healer-needed, and will do as much damage as the nukers (But hte nukers are more versatile).
It also will do the Launcher or autolauncher at high levels team-related, like ele or similar things. This isn't so bad.
I have been never interested in renged, but now it will be one of my next branches of choice, even before ele.
After all, all that magic things are for kamist. A true karavaneer hit with their sword, or use a very big gun. Yeah
