Patcher launching more than one instance

I am stucked with patcher already running...

Game try to shut down patcher, try to launch it again but seems to be unable to do it due to another instance running...

Now I have up to 5 of them icons in task bar and game refuse to load....

Says:
-Launching ryzom patcher
-Shutting down the ryzom patcher
-another sentence about instance already running but too fast to read....

This lastest for over 10 minutes before patcher finally strated...

If you are still having problems here is a solution that has worked in a lot of cases:

close the Ryzom client
press ctrl, alt, delete and choose the processes tab, locate background patcher highlight it and end process.

Click start
click run
type cmd and hit enter
in the dos box that opens type: ipconfig /flushdns
hit enter.

close the cmd page and restart the client

I'm afraid to say that I'm having this exact same issue....
That flush does nothing for me, and alas, even after twenty minutes... Nothing except a whole load of patcher icons on my task bar. I've been stuck outside of Ryzom for two days now!

I'm getting antsy.

Aye, same again today: worked fine a few times since yesterday but blocked again now...
And the flush cmd did not change anything...

maybe is gonna be time to patch the patcher
