Full Screen?

Does anyone know if the game plays in true full screen mode?

I mean, I cant get it to maximize infront of Windows if that makes sense...it remains windowed even though I went into configuration and it says Full Screen ...

Are you letting it load fully into the game world?
Mine stays windowed until I actually enter the world, then it changes to full screen.

No, I was at character creation, thinking like all other games, they usually load full screen by this point.
