error code 1

hi, i've got this game today and i've downloaded everything i think.... well my problem is that when i started ryzom and filled the boxes where the pass and userid should be and then click on connect ... but then i cant move the "clicker" and it's so a while and then it comes a box that says "Error: error code 1"
what should i doo ???? plz help meeeee

if you sure that your firewall is not blocking outgoing connections, then read this thread http://forums.ryzom.com/forum/showthread.php?t=28706
if it still does not work, then buy plane ticket to france and play pinata with devs untill you get 14MiB installer drop.
