Help somehow I've been permanently banned, I logged in to the game and had a message that kept repeating itself saying I was permanently banned, although I could not chat to anyone/ move I could still read guild chat as it scrolled past with others from my guild chatting, I thought it was a glitch and shutdown and restarted but it tried to patch what looked like the entire game back on to my computer after checking all of my file's integrity. I stopped it before it went very far and now can't even get the password screen up?!

I've gone and restarted the game and got the password screen up, although all the graphics are messed up or nonexistant, and, through my memory, gotten the game to run the integrity check again, it is now downloading a 1622.1MB patch, which I'm assuming is the entire game again?
Also have clients up and running if there are any ryzom employees who want to help....please?

You're not making complete sense here man... if you're in the forums, chances are you are not banned. When/why did you do a re-install ?
Until you login, your game doesn't do a check of account name/pw... You could be banned on account "A" and play fine on a new account with the same install. Chances are there is something (firewall, bad config) preventing you from getting to the login screen. Check there first and give more detailed information on the exact problem your having and progress stop point.

Just curious where 83.121.21.167 is? I've been running it in ping plotter all afternoon and it continually comes up as unreachable.
