Ahh hello there homins of the crust. I come to you in these times, hearing the cries of many. And the visions I have seen, both dark and light, have brought me out of my solitary confinements. For alas, I have been living many years in the dark and cold recesses of the Prime Roots, practicing the arts of the Gods. For when I was young I gained the gift of foresight, the ability to determine events before their time. Learning to communicate at a young age, my parents were very alert to my dreams. For I would talk about events that were yet to unfold, both happy and bleak, most of which would never directly involve myself. Yet always listening to the sound of the traveling wind, my mother would keep a close ear for the news of what homins were anticipating. And in time, it had come to their attention that my dreams were in fact, not dreams at all... but rather lucid visions.
My parents hid me away from those who commit evil and others who would use me for their selfish desires.
After spending my life in solitude, save my parents, I was able to hone my abilities and sharpen my skills. This eventually allowed me to call upon my talents at will and foresee what yet may be. Then later on in my youth, my parents were brutally slaughtered by a foul and loathsome homin whose name has evaded me to this day. For that I blame blind rage. For in my dark isolation I made a promise... a promise to become stronger and wiser than before. One can say that though my path may have been paved in darkness and gloom, my heart still remains pure and untainted. But that is up to you to decide.
This brings me here to you all. Your cries against your brethren blind you from what lies ahead. You are unable to see the changes of Atys and the threads of fate which call your name. So therefore I offer my services to teach you, to warn you, and to inform you all of the events that will surely take place. But do not seek my wisdom; it will be I that will seek you out, bearing news of affairs that are approaching.
So for now I leave you all, to depart, until the time strikes for me to report what the winds say.

What revelation is at hand?
The blood tinged tide of Karavan destruction
Laps the citadels of Flame
Quenching smoking bark in choking fumes
Deep below the Dragon stirs, twitches
In nightmare, as a harsh goddess
Wings ever closer.

Fear not, dear Karm. Homins are ever wont to strive amongst themselves when times are easy. I fear, and yet I hope, that The Soothsayer portends interesting times ahead, which may yet draw us back to the unity of purpose which carries the true destiny of our people.

Re: Voice of the Winds
To posess a gift of foresight and yet wish to stay hidden, is that not cruel to those that could have been forewarded?
And if in solitude how do you know your dreams are futures to be told?
As for threads of fate each homin is responsible for their own destiny, if their passions are true and with conviction, none can fault them.
If the conscience of a hermit with a gift seeks to make use of such to benefit homins, i shall listen, but be wary of the origins. I follow Jena's path, one not of visions in the roots. I know Hoi-Cho had similar visions and brought the faith of Ma-Duk to Homins.
