Negative feedback for Gameforge

Actually sadly I have to agree with Wallo on 1 point.

The CSR staff.
There are several cool CSR's, by far.
But there's also a few that have really gone out of line quite a few times.

- Threatening with mute's for saying wtf is going on? after a pop wouldnt despawn. (this happened once).
- Threatening with mute's for saying LMFAO in kami chat and around. (has happened SEVERAL times. And tbh, LMFAO IS *NOT* bad. Say whatever you want, its not.

- Sending me tells telling me they have the right to rewoke my ban for jokes. (this happened ONCE by accident by Cyrize, and he appologised straight away, it was a accident and i fully understand that) But its also happened by 2 other CSR's. And they were far more persistant. They only actually went and checked their facts after I literaly told them that if they didnt stop, I would call their superiours and sue their asses for harrassment
... At this point, they checked my records to find I have never been banned.

Did I get a appology? Sort off, interpret this however you want:
Oh, it seems you are correct. We all make mistakes. Have a nice day.
That was their straight reply after 20 minutes of arguing on it wasting my time.

And this is only part of the things, some have been generally rude in the way they talk and choose their words too.

So at this point, I gotta agree with Wallo.


The rudeness and some of the warnings regards a special CSR who I really enjoyed at first.

It is obvious your standards of acceptable talk and mine are quite different,
I am pleased the CSR are enforcing the same (acceptable language) standards I agree with.

you i presume still spam any and all chat channels with rubbish, wouldn’t know 'cause my world is blissfully empty of such things.

swearing isn’t acceptable on public channels, if you have trouble reading and understanding the code of conduct maybe get someone to explain it to you.

Saying LMFAO in around chat is not mutable imho.
And if it was, they should MUTE YOU, not WARN YOU 3-4-5 times for it in a rude manner.

Just because you are madly in love with me, and completely obsessed with stalking me, doesnt mean I actually enjoy it. You dont have to follow me and try weak attempts of flames in every thread my name pops up in.

The ignore button works just fine, and your a harrassing, flaming little girl who is madly in love with me....In comparison to me, who has never FLAMED anyone but you and 2 more in 6 months by name. You on the other hand, feel free to call people names and be insulting every chance you get.

Example, Me, Redslayer and Lexius in a non serious thread we once had, where you actually went as far as trying to flame our RL sexlife. Which btw was kinda humorous of you to try and il give you points for your creativity, but you still dont have a chance with me.

But this doesnt change the fact that the CSR's shouldnt be threatening people (their tone and use of words make me use the word THREATEN) with mutes for saying lmfao in general around chat.

YOUR choice of acceptable language, and your playing style isnt something that should be forced on other people.
If you win a million dollars, you have the choice to give 500 000 dollars to charity, but that doesnt mean people should be forced too.

How you speak and what you do is a personal choice, as long as it doesnt break the codes and rules of a society.
And saying laughing my freakin ass off, sure aint breaking those.

You prove my point, to most it means laughing my ***** ass off, but there are exeptions, and its meant in a good way when in that sentence, so shouldnt be mutable.

This had better not happen again, but I'm actually going to have to agree with Sunce for once on this one issue. This is the only MMO I've played where those abbreviations have been tagged as offensive. There's some grey here, but the abbreviations go well beyond that.
