I just re-subscribed to the game, and now I'm getting this message right after trying to log in. What's the deal?

Depending on how many patches back, the quick fix may or may not work.

New servers/IP's... there is a simple fix by changing some things on your config if you're comfortable with that. The newest download client will also clear that issue up for you.
