I have been perfectly civil, though not friendly (I am after all dissatisfied with the situation). If I was using profanity or abusive language I would _expect_ to be muted/have my posts deleted (rather than it occuring simply because it made someone look bad). Also, as can be seen by various posts on this thread and Finals poll on the connection problems, it is _not_ unique to me, so if there is a larger issue than one person the only way to identify so many of those that would otherwise suffer in silence is to make it public.

Mmm, its not really time to move on until the situation is _resolved_. Phelans 4 line post gave one timeline (a useful answer if held to), and politely dismissed the other 3 points. This is not addressing those 3 problems, it's an acknowledgement that the post has been noted with absolutely no commitment made to resolving them.

I don't agree at all... I feel better performance in game, and a lot less unscheduled rstarts (In fact, there a re two or so since servers moving at the very beginning, and nothing else).

Moreover, as I've said, I feel better the game in server-side than before. But, even so, your afirmation is very aventurated; from the client side is very, very hard to know if there a re a problem with the connection or with the server load.

For clarification yes you have, the intent is still agressive though and I'm not sure that's necessary? But obviously you do :D That was the point of my comment.

Though I will also comment that is great to see people taking and dishing criticism so darned well. He he, well hopefully this all gets cleared up pretty quickly.

If I am abusive or offensive I undermine my own point that the CSRs have been rude.

All I want is an apology and an undertaking to avoid that kind of behaviour in future from them anyway.

EDIT: by "the CSRs" I am refering to 3 specifically, not the whole team obviously. Sorry if that was unclear.

U have any 'proof' for these points u adress? Like screenshots or something? Else i think many people will have a hard time believing u. I for instance have had the same wonderful contacts with the CSR team in the same way i did with the Jolt ones. I am not saying i dont believe u, but u are creating a nice scene to get to what u want and i dont see anything to back up ur claims. Nothing personal.

I have screenshots, I sent some of them to the sorcsr@nevrax.com. (I didnt send it to the support-ee@ryzom.com one, as thats responded to directly by the people I am complaining about, so whats the point?) I think most people would consider it... inappropriate for me to link them to third parties. But I'm willing to do so if enough people ask.

But some of it is public knowledge. Some of the new CSRs (as Mithur and a few others mentioned) have been... rude in their approach. Rather than a gentle caution that X is now wrong when asked in a ticket (a change from previous CSR rulings) they do a global announce that "any one doing X will have it marked on their player record".

"Message of the day" have been similarly poorly phrased. Its quite insulting to be threatened with the "marking your permanent record" or "insta-mute" instead of the gentle cautioning that was all that was required with previous CSRs. And when confronted on this they become defensive and accuse of "insubordination". They are not my superior officer! I'm not even in the military!

No need to people believe nothing. Better than people believe nothing. Wallo have some personal issues, and have dealt with it in the rigth way. And then have make public some issues shared for some of us.

And I have no personal issue, just made my point, and made public my own appreciations. This appreciations are mostly for GF knows, not for make people think bad of CSR. Most of then are great, and behave great. That's the same reason because I haven't give names. Better put my grain to GF be aware of the problem and *then* wait for them to deal with it.

But, that is fully true, for formal accusations to GF, probes are needed.

Sounds to me like your handling it the right way. I don't know the screening system GameForge use for volinteer CSR but there is always the potential for people not suited to the job to be appointed, here's hoping that the internal investigation system into how well they do the job is good.
