Character running mega slow

Since friday 16/2/07 - either I had error code 1 which was fixed with the new install shield thing - but b4 and now when connecting my chars walking looks like I am pushing through water -

I have dsl connection and still its running bad
Running looks like walking
Walking looks like moving in slow mo what gives?

Because of the lag I can't even get a decent quality material that works with my levels - am wondering if I am better off quitting.

Are you carrying lots of ammo? Check the weight in your bags and your speed on your Player Identity.

Try making a new character just to check if he/she can move normally.

Yeah I was carrying too much ammo

the things that affect your character speed: status ailments, excessive weight, and framerate(maybe 10% speed difference between slow and fast systems). Bad connections can cause your character to run, stop, run, stop, but it will still look fast when you are moving.
