Error 10 - No shard to main land

Error 10 - No shard to main land

From reading the posts earlier on, I am lead to believe that error 10 means the servers are not up and running. Is this still the case?

servers are back up. arispotle at least.

All shards were down this morning for a quick maint. All should be up and running.
