i tried the link, but maybe i need some program or somethin (have i-tune tough)
Can anyone explain how it works or place a link to a website who does explain ?

You should be able to simply click on the download link which takes you to an html page that has a Quicktime movie control. Make sure your browser has the Quicktime plugin.
As for itunes, I don't know how it works, I avoid anything that starts with "i" ever since my ishuffle traumas...
