Will landmarks disappear from Ingame Map after reinstall

I need to format my Harddisk so I need to re-install ryzom. The problem is that I have bookmarked alot of landmarks on the ingame maps. Will I lose all these locations after re-install? If I do lose them , any way to keep all these locations after re-install?

All your landmarks are stored locally on your computer, in the saves folder, on a file called (I think, can't doublecheck this) interface_<name>.

Save this file somehow and just copy it back to your save folder when you're done, and you'll keep all your bookmarks, and the rest of your interface.

In your save folder there are files with the extension .icfg . They contain the landmarks. And the UI layout. So you should secure that files, or the complete folder
