problem with Klients

When i try to run Klients, lots of messages keep appearing in the window: "Only registered users are allowed to login at the moment..."
I downloaded the program twice, didn't make any difference. I cleared the "Mtpchat login" and "password", as a CSR advised me, but it didnt fix the problem. Can somebody help me please?

Try changing your login password.
Give it a few minutes for scripts to run.
That should resynchronise the various logins.

If it does not then email support-ee@ryzom.com and let them know.
