Can't get connected

Just purchased Ryzom today and installed. Created account, etc. and am eager to play. but i can only get as far as the Windmeer screen. When i click the "Connect" button, nothing happens ... not even some promising Hard Drive action.

Otherwise, make sure you've disabled any virus scanners, software firewalls, or system suite tools and try to connect. If you're able to connect then configure your software according to the thread above.
