A Matis with Kami leanings

Post by odofitzg »

What guild would want one such as I, who has rebelled against the teachings of his parents?

My father beat me to teach me the "mercy of Jena." My mother held me, but that is all. The Karavan never heard the cry in the night.

The Kami touch all, and heal all; they hope to heal our world and work always towards that end. Ma-Duk supports them, and me. But I am Matis, nothing can disguise that. So, having escaped to the Ranger camp I look to find friends.

What guild will have me? I see none in the broadsides on the sides of the merchants. Am I alone? Are there no other Matis who embrace the true love of the Kami for this world of ours?

Poor misguided homin... :(

Just wait till Ma-duk consumes your soul like he promised...

But Jena is the goddess of light and mercy so even when you crawl back to her feet, tearing your hair and covering your head with ashes she'll accept you and welcome you as a prodigal son you are...

Sounds like you're leaning toward a roleplaying guild?
Jelathnia, Kasarinia, KianShi, Maethro, ShuaLi, and OPaxie (Arispotle)
TeiJeng (Leanon)

long-distance communication | some foods and drinks | Zoraï pictograms

Thank you all for your kind words. Once I leave the Ruins and go to the mainland, I shall be sure to search out the Kings of Oblivion. My training continues. I may earn my way soon.

((OOC -- Yes, I am hoping for a "role playing guild," but only to the extent that I intend to play that way. I am not a great one for insisting to myself that all my comments in the channels be somehow decorated. That way lies madness when one is harvesting or fighting a mob.))

While I have no dislike of Kings of Oblivion, I do not encourage you to rush out and join them, or any other guild. Please take your time and search out the guild leaders, or other members of the Kami guilds that can be found here.

Just so you are not confused, the race of the guild, Tryker, Fryos, etc, by no means dictates if you can or cannot join, normally. I am a matisian in the Tryker guild, Team Spirit for instance.

((I had just noted that whilst there were Fyros, Tryker and Zorai Kami guilds there were no specific Matis ones. Being somewhat inspired, I posted my post. I strongly suspect that I will think long and hard before joining any Guild.))
