Usually when the situation has clamed down they tend to post on http://www.ryzom.com/news about what happened. I'm sure that they will do this.

Or you could do what most people do when the server goes down, and that is log into a live chat client with all of the GM's CSR's and the lead customer support people. Find it here - click to download

The link posted replies with a server error stating it is down. If people are onlne, and that only certain servers are up or "reachable" for some reason?

Agreed, a post here from a GM with the situation would be grand since it is clear some of us can't see the proper information to understand the situation.

Its not rocket science people, theyre having some tech difficulties, the game will be backup asap, and, as has happened in the past, they may well credit your billing account a free day of play to reimburse you. Though that was under nevrax.

They do post scheduled maintenence. And the website doesnt usually go down during scheduled patches.

Frankly id prefer them to just get the game backup than to post on the forums something that is blatantly obvious
