note: the below is assuming lack of computer knowledge, Its easier to spoon feed and get everything there than to miss somthing and cause confusion

cannot get what exactly off the computer? the game? a specific file?

If he has installed the program then you will need to delete the files from the directory (I.E C:\Ryzom) As Ryzom does not have an uninstaller.
You want you can also delete the Key from the registry using regedit. however if you are not familir with regedit then id advise against that (Keys found in Nevrax directory in software)

If its just the file delete it direct from where he downloaded it. just like any other file.

Its possible (but unlikely) that a file may be inuse if he has tried to launch the game. thus making the file undeletable. if this is the case then restart your computer and try to delete it then.

I cant see how removing it from the computer would be an issue. Prehaps if you could explain a bit more what the problem is then we can help?
