Cannot Enable Bloom

I have a Geforce 6800 Ultra with the Latest Nvidia drivers yet I cannot click on the box to enable either bloom NOR square filter nor can I adjust the bloom slider......What should I do? Any Ideas?

Try removing the video drivers, rebooting your system and reinstalling them.

You may also want to try forcing one video mode or the other.
