Best news of the day as far as i'm concerned. For anyone who has doubts about gameforge because this'll be their first MMORPG, i think this move at the very least shows their intellegence so far, kudos to you guys!

I'm soo soo happy this game and more importantly the ENTIRE community (that includes Customer service and developers alike) is being kept intact I was soo hoping that people would look at the game as a game and see its potential. After all an entire community of people who stumble on this game and stay and play it can't possibly be wrong. Apparently people are wise and I am thankful for that.

Now lets go play because the entire time this has been happening everytime I logged in to play the universe channel was not quite right (too little chat sometimes an hour or more without a single question) less people in the cities etc.

What we need is people to make the game come alive again like it was before this.

(also I am making way too much money on my armour which isn't as good as the stuff that was up there before this happened so uh whomever was selling armour who stopped because of this please put it back up hehe)

Just wanted to say this comment wasn't aimed at ryzom.org or its supporters in anyway, you guys made a good effort, and thank you very much for the free advertiseing as well for ryzom. Whatever brought them to atys, some are here today because of you guys.

I was just saying that i felt many who heard the rumors that Gameforge ahead of time seemed very wary of their competancy to host a mmorpg, as their other games are web based only, or mobile games.

If people are honestly worried about this company trying to turn Ryzom into a web based game then they are FAR FAR to imaginitive, the amount of work it would take to transfer Ryzom to a browser based active x application for example, is WAY more than going ahead and continueing to offer an already finished and superior product, Gameforge is going to continue buisness as usual, and the neverax dev team will continue to build the game as they have for the last 2 years, hopefully just a tad quicker now. So no crying or wailing, I can name a couple companies that host browser AND complete regular form games....

LOL, you're very welcome my dear child, including all the voices in your pritty head. No offence taken what so ever.

We did our best, and in more than one way we made ourselves and Atys proud. We brought enormous attention to Ryzom, which I hope will be for the benefit for future to come and hence not in vain at all. We made sure that whoever bought this lovely game weren't allowed to do so for peanuts nor in shadiness.

We brought in more than 170 000 EUR in pledges (!), more than half of if from our own pockets - that's how much we love this game and our friends.

However, with regards to whatever the 2 month old ummax uncalled has bee spewing about for the past two weeks (which personally has upset me very much and I'm sure a lot of others too), I still have no idea what's she's referring of nor what on earth she ever was referring of, and I seriously doubt she herself does either.

Any discredit to Gameforge didn't come from us, that at least is for certain.

On the contrary, the org's really do hope that Gameforge will take as good care of Atys and it's children as Nevxrax did so far. May today's young ones be as happy here as we and ours once were when we were growing up.

Watch out for the creatures in PR - they bite really hard. Don't be afraid of DP cos Jena will watch over you.

Blessings to all

you know I had enough of this please leave me alone, you guys didn't get what you wanted its over and you quit the game as a result of it is there any reason you have to keep this up?

/sigh

anyhow I'm going to play the game you can sit here and complain or go do whatever it is you like to do but its over a decent company with plans for the game got it which was a good thing how about you just leave me out of it also you could have ignored me but didn't so take some responsibility here and now leave me alone because quite honestly at this point its harrassment

It never started with them... you fed the flame my friend...

I am so very glad that I didn't need to stop my sub... but I didn't make the ryzom.org folks "my" enemy so much as disregard them.

Thier "bid" is over, move on with the rest of us.
