Aris is long past "saveable".

there is nothing wrong with Arispotle. karavan groups with kami, karavan rezes kami, karavan helps kami. (and i'm sure other way around too)
Arispotle needs "against KA" ppl for outpost battles. be it kami/karavan or neutral aligned.

maybe it's time to stand on Your own words and stop telling ppl how bad it is in Arispotle.

Allow us all, Cho or Aris to still have an opinion that may not always be the same as others. The alliance currently winning on both servers are the most organised and/or numerous... Whether we clicked K or K we chose. If someone is making their choice based on the current sway on that server, shame on them... The rest of us are playing a game based on what we want our avatars to represent...

An opposing view is nothing more than an opposing view... in all my time in SoR I can count the folks I don't like one one hand... the rest just play different than me. Because of that I may face them in battle (or the forums), but I do my best to respect they are not me.

What occurs IG is important to us IG, what we do in the forums borders on insanity at times... often "trying" to poke the tiger. Lately I spend more time in forums than the game. Usually laughing and wondering if it's my turn to "poke"...

We also know that we left for Cho to stay away from that. We know that we could care less about factions (we have only picked Kami faction on Cho because most of our members were Fyros), we also know what our battle was with DCP, another prominent Kami guild.
I also know, that I have talked with members of the karavan faction on Cho and find I like them and do not wish for stupid faction wars.
So yeah Tommy, they aren't worth our words. They dont understand and they will most likely never understand.

Fair enough. I'd like to add a request to separate the forums too. But it goes both ways: If an Arispotle player is asked to leave cho aside, a Cho player should not comment on Arispotle if he is no longer playing on it: comments like "Posts like this just further my point. Aris is long past "saveable"" are not appropriate.

That said, there are chances that the shards will merge (e.g. the ORG project, as one can read in their forums). I wonder how things will be managed, specially OP clashes. Not that I am very concerned at the moment -- I'm in a wait and see mood, trying to get a view of long term ryzom --, but I am stocking in popcorn!

As someone said elsewhere, there is something that has been a constant during Ryzom: the "soon" and the "wait and see".
