Macro help

I'm trying to find a way to macro 'Follow' and 'Range to target'. The only way i know to do this currently is to right click the person and select follow. The range to target is right click mini map and select 'Target:'.

Since both of these actions are available in game i don't know why they are not in the 'action' table under macros. If anybody knows of another way i can get this macro'd i'd be very thankful.

Follow can be macro'd by using a chat macro. Tell it to "say" the following into any chat window: "/follow"

Haven't found a way to macro the compass thing, tho.
