How can you mistarget using a target macro ^^

ofc you can.

you have a macro that targets teammate A, a melee, and starts a hp/sta single heal
you have targetted teammate B, a healer.

you see that A, the melee, is in dire need of sta, so you hit the Macro shortcut.

Now your melee, being cocky, has wandered out of your reach... what happens? right, you waste precious hp and sap for providing your healer B with stamina.... Bingo, Mistarget

You need to setup your macros differently, I could be wrong as im not in game to check, but im pretty sure my spell doesnt cast if my target is out of range. I shall check later But yeah, I was originally talking about nuking.

I think he means out of range of the /tar Run

Yeah I know...I thought that the macro effectively stopped if the tar didnt 'latch', i guess im mistaken.

there are some people who are constantly a threat and need taking down, hence the macros, when I was a kami there were certain people who always made a total mess of the healers with their autolaunchers who you wanted permanently on the deck.

Aye, i agree that there are some dangerous Homins around *lol*
But even better way that dorp them is drop their healers (=you cannot drop them with healers backing up one, just waste of HP/SAP/STAM)

Noticed this on OO lately with some strange homin called Jackoba

Or other ppl like rundll who was just fun to kill
