been trying for over 3 weeks to get a new account password sent out so i can unsubscribe but no e-mail has ever ben sent out to me...
i have recieved auto mail from this sight b4 as i managed to subscribe and it took only seconds for the mail to arive...
does the sight not want me to stop paying?

Make sure that mail from support-ee@ryzom.com is not being junked (or mail from ryzom.com in general.)
No one is being charged for recurring subscriptions during the transition period.
If you are still having issues with receiving email then email billing-ee@ryzom.com and make sure that your junk mail filters do not block it.

thanks i just mailed the billing e-mail above and i hope to have things working soon.
as for the junk mail part i use outlook express and have never junked ryzom e-mails... i had this same issue a few years back after BETA °(o.O)°
