All other discussions belong in a new thread please.
On that note I have organized here (once again) the distribution list for whom you are to contact EVERY Saturday all day. There will be no specific time since your distibuter may not be on at that time or you cannot make it yourself.** If you cannot make it that day "Please" email me braveganzar or bgz in game to let me know so your distributer isnt waiting around all day. Thank you

Also I want to just note that the Op mat only produces 3 mats per week I have heard so I will go down the line on the roster and distribute those as they come

If this is a more convenient time for you than the Saturday handoffs, please contact me or Braveganzar and we'll see if we can coordinate a swap. If you are on my list of guilds and this is NOT convenient for you, the same applies.

I know that BGZ is going to kill me for posting this. But I want to put it out there.

With the demand for cats growing, I'd like to propose the additional 2 policies to keep things fair for everyone:

1. Mats not claimed during before the following Friday go back into the pool for redistribution (unless the guild rep notifies us that they won't make the pickup that week, in which case, we'll hold them until the next pickup.)

2. Two missed pickups without notification takes the guild off of the list.

(Yes, I'm an evil heartless *****. But cats sitting on a packer don't do anyone any good.)

Nothing heartless about this policy at all. If guilds want their share, they need to be active about collecting it. It's totally unreasonable to expect you guys to do extra work when you're doing so much already.

It's easy enough to get back on the list, even though it will probably mean missing the first week again or it will mess up that week's distribution.

I want to be as fair as possible to everyone receiving and Rhae does have a very good point. It is hard enough for my helpers and I to take time from the game to distribute, we enjoy doing it and making sure everyone on the list has their share. We are doing our part of giving and we are not strict with setting times lines for Saturday or even if you contact us and say we cannot make it Saturday (dont mind giving to you another day that week!) Please just do your part and be curtious to us with an email to let us know to hold your share or have someone else their to pick it up (email required for name not on our list). ** and if you do not email us Rhae's post will be in affect. I cannot burn out my valueable helpers They will go back into the guild and be recycled for the guilds who pick up the following week. Thank you all and lets do this as a TEAM please. Nothing heartless about this policy at all. If guilds want...

<Shhh....you're going to blow my cover.> It's a mean, heartless, totally ruthless thing to do and only a nasty psychotic ***** could have thought of it. If people realize that I'm ...gasp...reasonable, they might start asking for stuff. We can't possibly have that happening.

Should we not hear from a particular guild before Monday, we will have to assume that they are absent for that week, and will forego their share.

As a way of trying to keep the list up to date, and to try to keep everyone's share up, any guild from the list not showing up at the designated times or contacting us via in-game mail to make another arrangement for 3 weeks running, will be removed from the list until they let us know that they wish to return to the list.

I guess nasty, psychotic minds think alike
