Can't move once I log into the server?

I just downloaded the trial version and am really excited to play but when I get into the server I get some kind of connecting icon and its impossible for me to move the lag is so bad. I waited an hour and a half and it didnt go away.

There's some sort of server or network issue... even the Klients support program can't connect to its server

You may need to open/trigger the UDP ports as per your registration email and the Networking FAQ.
