Problem Starting

i have the game installed and my account is set up and registerd but the game wont initialize, I click the icon "Play Ryzom" and nothing happens anyone know what the problem is?

Chances are that your firewall is blocking it. Ryzom has a quirk where it 'disappears' when the firewall blocks the patched EXE file. This can happen even when some firewalls are supposedly disabled as they will not allow net access to unknown apps. Check out the Networking FAQ and your registration email for the ports that are needed to run the game.
