Very Weird Problem

I can't play this game because as soon as I launch it and it tries to connect, it cause my Internet to quit working. I have two computers and they both disconnect, as does my Internet phone, which is also connected through my D-Link router. They constantly disconnect and reconnect while the game is trying to connect.

You may need to manually trigger the ports for the game client.
The firewall in the router may be deciding to shut down fully when the game client tries to connect.
Internet phone usually uses UDP as does Ryzom and there may be some conflict.
Check the documentation for it.
Also check for any updates for your router.
