Problem loading - Assist please

Greetings! I downloaded and played the game on my laptop with no issues of note, however when trying to run on my (substantially more powerful) desktop, the game does not seem to run.

My desktop is an Alienware system with dual-SLI and dualcore and all that fancy stuff. Nvidia 7800GTXs. The game loads from the patcher to character select without issue, then after choosing a character goes to the screen to actually log in to the game.

The bar at the bottom goes all the way to the last little niche of progress and halts. The message in the upper right stays the same, whatever it may be, and it does not seem to progress past this point (I've waited about twenty minutes now, so I think it's safe to safe there's an error of some sort.)

Also: Just checked the log.log file, and I noticed this:

Just before the below, there are a bunch of "file not found" errors, and then:

From 4:23 until 4:45 it repeated a series things:
CNET[Numbers/letters]received normal in state Probe
CNET[same letters/numbers]sent ACK_PROBE(0 probes)

From there it continued to receive and send for a good twenty minutes.

If you have a firewall and/or router I'd suggest looking through this sticky and adding the listed ports to the allowed list.

Also you could try switching between OpenGL/D3D in the Ryzom config.

If that doesn't work give Klients a go, they'll sort you out.
