You won;t need to worry about your voices not being heard - we've become pretty good at making sure devs know what is wanted and reactions to what is not

Would be nice to know the following

- What happend to Jessica and the PvP strike team?
- How soon will the ATS be patched and open?

- What is the relationship between Nevrax (Ryzom) and Nevrax.org (the open source project)?

- Does Jolt have any comment on whats happening to Ryzom/Nevrax?

- Who owns the Client/Server code?

If you are unable to answer, can you point me to a person or organisation that can please.

Nice thought but we don't all agree in any case, as evidenced by the couple of times there has been an exodus of players and the very different desires across the normal player divide.

There's a few points of commonality that I think we all want to preserve. The uniqueness of the skill system etc, but outside that, not so much.

Don't be so negative...of course theres some commonality even if its the desire for uniqueness! Oh and you're a fairly articulate guy...chop chop!

with everything already sayed, even if the outlook isn´t to great, it doesn´t look all bad IMO...

why, well recievership doesn´t mean that the Game is about to end... only that Nevrax is down on is knees and the judge is counting (but this we know since begin of 2006).
the Game will not go down if Nevrax is bought or finds a financer, in this coming month or two, that wants to keep it going.

on the other hand, if it has to be sold out... well then we are in trouble, as the official receiver has to sell everything, Book, Pen and Pencil to pay off the debt that is open... which can mean that the Rights to the Game itself will end up with someone that might not want to continue it as we know it(he may still let it run , but change it in to some horrible WoW clone just for the money).

with this sayed, i´m still a bit worried, as we as players don´t know and can´t influence the outcome of this situation.
this has cause a Babylonian confusion amongst us players, as some say doom, some say glory will come out of it.
i admit i don´t know, i just have hope that Ryzom and we as players will turn up on top and the Saga continues.

let me just say to whoever buys this, our loved game, keep up the good work, keep Jolt/CSR´s, as they did a tremendious good Job, keep Ryzom different as this is the Games greatest Asset and...

turn this Game in the winner that it´s meant to be.

i read the french forums, and there's not much difference. the official news is the same, only translated. the player's concern are pretty the same.
nothing much to learn there, i'm afraid.
