NA Server down?

The status says online both here on the website and in the client, but when I try to connect, it says the shard is unavailable.

So, is this a problem with me or is the shard actually down?

There is probably a difference from shard being up and a shard actually taking client connection requests. IE test are incongruent (not a good test )

Same here, says server up, but at the license screen it say "Shard not available"
