Forum thinks I'm -13 >.<

I cannot access certain parts of the forum, like, I can't seem to pm anyone, and if I try editing my Profile I get this message:
When you make changes to this profile, your Parent / Guardian will be notified by email.

If you are over the age of 13, you should not be seeing this message. Please contact the administrator with your username, and your account will be changed.

To print out a new permissions form, please click the button below.

Clicked the message the Admin button, but nothing has changed in several days.
I get this message if I try clicking Members List for instance:

"nanain, you do not have permission to access this page. This could be due to one of several reasons:

1. Your user account may not have sufficient privileges to access this page. Are you trying to edit someone else's post, access administrative features or some other privileged system?
2. If you are trying to post, the administrator may have disabled your account, or it may be awaiting activation."

FYI, I'm 29, and a parent myself lol, and I don't see how this could have happened

Ive had the same issue and havent had any reply yet from my administrator submission.

Same thing happened to me, on the same page where I was telling it I was born in 1963.

Someone suggested I just put my own email as a parent confirmation email, and I did so and aside from one confirmation email sent there (notifying, but not needing a response) it hasn't affected my use of the site.

Aside from the fact that it doesn't seem to recognize the fact people born in 1963 are over 13.
