I chose kill those bugs because at the end of the day a bug ridden game can give a game a bad reputation. It would be a shame for people to avoid trying Ryzom because of others complaints.

i chose i want content, i agree we shud get the bugs killed but content shud be added also, and balancing the game i dont like the term of (thinks of horizons (no im not bashing it either))

Depends on the bugs. For instance I can no longer use the same character name if I re-roll. It's as annoying as hell but it isn't really a problem that prevents me playing the game. The lag issue however was and that was rightly fixed as a priority.
After the major bugs which make the game unplayable, the you should roll out contant and balance at the same time. Balancing is important to a MMORPG but you need to add sweetners and content to stop people being bored (or upset when you're nerfed).

The main problem is that Nevrax has maneuvered itself into a position where they need to do all three of your options in parallel and fast (and sadly Nevrax hasn't shown a track record of being fast in the past):
1. Fix these bugs,
2. Balance these skills and races,
3. Add these new features and the content.
Focusing on any of these issues will neglect the other issues - and I dare to say that Nevrax hasn't much time left, seems to me like patience and good-will amongst the playerbase isn't exactly growing these days.
Thus in my book the most important thing for Nevrax to do now is to be open and honest to preserve the good-will and patience they still have amongst a good number of players, and believe me, introducing "stealth-nerfs" is not the right method to show openness and honesty. There will be a need for Nevrax to communicate better and more frequently with the playerbase (Communication from GMs and guides is fine in my book - communication from the developers isn't).
The second important thing for Nevrax in my opinion is that they have to up quality and production rate in their programming department. Overall, progress is too slow and patch quality is too low. Somehow the programming department at Nevrax managed to build a good graphics engine, they managed to build a good network code - but somehow they seem to be unable to create a simple game patch that doesn't break more things than it fixes. Seeing the string of patches since release one wonders whether Nevrax' programming department currently consists of 2 half-time programmers ...
Well, thus to answer your poll my options would be:
