If the Karavan are so wonderful to the Trykers...

Why can't they give them motorboats? Or at least technology to have some sort of boat?

Pretty simple, boats are a security compromise, anyone can use a boat, and fight from it, thus no boats means the trykers can shoot invaders in the water. Purely practical defense.

Could you imagine large scale(like 30+vs30+) boat to boat PvP battles tho :D ... That would be awesome to watch ... and be in ofcourse lol.
