Yes that Is correct Doubletap if you look there are two lists that I have provided The first being of my team who will be distributing and for the guilds to contact. The second list is the actual guilds and for whom we need to contact. *hugs* not trying to confuse anyone just want to post all the information.Love, BGZ

A couple of point of order that should be called out (and BG, correct me if I'm out of line)

* Handoffs will only be to the contacts shown on the list.
If you need someone else to manage the pickup, send an in-game email to your contact indicating who will be your rep. If someone simply shows up and says "xxx told me to pick up the stuff", they will be turned away.

* If schedules between Guild Contact and OP manager don't line up, we can all work together to swap around times and contacts. This is going to take some coordination, so please be patient and be assured that you will get your cats/etc.

* Check your in-game email. I can't speak for everyone, but if I miss a handoff or have some issue hooking up with people, I will use the in-game email to try to coordinate.

* In the unlikely event of a declaration of war against the OP, we will send in-game email to our guild contacts. We'll be relying on you to gather support for defense. We're not going to spam the members of your guild. We'll also call for support in-game, but that will be an informal process of screaming for help at the top of our lungs.
