"Error: selected shard not available" HELP!!

Post by wolfpelt »

Just downloaded the most recent patch (October 22) and I am no able to connect to the game. The error mentioned above appears when i press "I accept" in the End User Agreement Page. It will not let me continue and play the game.

I login with my password fine, I choose the server and press the connect button fine, then i get stuck on the End User Agreement Page.

I cannot play, please help, I need my daily dose of Ryzom ...

Yeah, that part isn't very informative yet. In time, they might make that status page to stay a bit more up to date. Best way still is to just launch Ryzom in every 10 mins to check out the actual status. Ryzom ain't going nowhere ;) (only getting better and better, IN TIME)

i know it also says the comunity is up when you select the server but its not up and from beta i know this is the message when server is down as the shutdown message says "Shard will shutdown in <MM:SS>"

and i was online b4 the reboot and they announced it :P
