Do they have a tutorial for the editor that lists all the triggers, and actions and how they work? I have a few ideas that I want to try but am confused on how to make the mechanics work.
Any help would be appreciated!

When you place a trigger in the editor, a window opens up and explains what the trigger does and how to use it.
My advice to you is to simply just try some of them. It's the best way to learn.

Wow this thing is easy to use... didnt notice the "help" buttons on the top of all the boxes!

Yep, very very easy to use. They did a great job of making it super simply to design some really cool things.
