Majestic Garden Rite - Final Mission

If this is the incorrect place for this, please let me know, etc...

I am having a bit of trouble with the Geography of Atys, Majestic Garden... The rite at the end.

So I am at the top of the hill, north of the Arena, sun sets... pendant doesn't seem to do anything. I went back to see if it needed to be recharged, etc... nope... no change in mission log

I am assuming I am doing something wrong. Wrong spot, wrong time (in game time 16h - 1h).

The mission advice said there would be some sort of glow...

Any advice/assitance... If there is a landmark I should be near...

It's a long time ago but iirc I was at the slope downwards somewhere.

When the pendant glows, you get a text flashing on the screen. I don't remember if it appears in syslog, too. But after the message appears, your compass is set with a new destination.

Only one person gets the warning at a time, so if someone else took the mission before you and is "waiting" (not necessarily at the right place) you need to wait for them...

As for where it is, you should be standing on the top of a wooded hill just south of the karavan temple, facing west, at the correct time (which I can't remember what time it is) and will lead you down the slope, past some gingo/ragus to a little platform below the main cliffline (at the 'edge of the map').

If your sure you are on the right hill, then you might just be off the spot a tad. On the top of the hill there is a fallen log bordering a depression (nw side), the ragus and gingo will be close but if you have done all else correct that should activate the last part of the task.

Sorry for the delay in my response... I was busy after posting, then with slaughter week, it took a bit longer to get there to test this.

I appreciate the assistance, someone else must have been on the mission the previous times I was there. This time I wasn't there for 30 seconds before I got the message, and completed the rite.
