Installation problem

I've redownloaded the Trial Client from all 3 mirrors, and reinstalled in many places, only to get the same error:
1608: Unable to create InstallDriver instance.

I've searched this site and the internet to no avail. Does anybody have any idea on how to fix this issue? I really think this game is for me, and I want to get to playing as fast as possible. Thanks.

*EDIT*-I've also disabled my firewall and antivirus. Didn't help.

This is an InstallShield error and the fix for it is here.

It happens when a user doesn't have the right system previleges.
Try applying the fix on that page.
