Well, I can see how annoying it could be, As I ran into some event kitin right outside of Pyr gates... They were no challenge at all to me... But I saw some newbs running for there lives... However! Its an invasion, Invasions don't 'not invade' a sertain spot because there are younger(weaker) hoimns around...

What since does an invasion that doesn't get near the cities make? Not much IMO... I see where you are coming from, But its only for this week... And invasions are a part of Atys story(Lore/history)...

If there had been no low lvl event kitin some people would complain about newer players not being able to enjoy it or take part...

I perfectly understand what I wrote, and I too am a new player, probably even newer than yourself. And I meant what I said. Nevrax made adjustments to Cho to make it easier for the newer low level players, and still there's complaining (aka whining)...

And I'm perfectly literate, understanding each and every word on my computer screen.

One of the great things about this game is the total Freedom I have. If I feel like being a warrior for a day I can. If I want be a mage or healer for a day I can. If I want to get into some heart pounding PVP I can. Its all up to me what i feel like doing at the moment. I can even just hang in the city and do nothing the choice is mine.

Now an event takes place and freedom to do whatever is lost and Event participation becomes mandatory pretty much.

High lvl players apprently love it and I prolly would to if i was high lvl. But since they cant put the kitin in just high lvl areas or just less in low lvl areas or heck even NOT LINK THE THINGS INTO 3 PACKS i choose to sit out the week.

PS. I play on arispotle not cho no changes have been made here.

Great game otherwise :)

There are less in low lvl area's, Have you seen the area west of Dyron? (red * area) ... I can't find many around pyr area... IDK about the other lands... And I found the Fyros exterminator in Scorched Corridor... which I cannot even put a dent in and I have a couple 250s... (And I did try with a lvl 138 healer healing me... we got away with no DP ;) ) .

I'v been around the Pyr area, And its not hard to avoid the Kitin, Granted that in some spots there are more then others... just avoid those spots... I got from Pyr- Dyron without aggroing a single event Kitin... Just take your time and look around. Or take the week off if you truely hate it so much, I don't know what else you could do tbh :/

Yes, an aggressor has limited your freedom.
That is the general implicaiton of the term invasion, and the primary reason why we have to fight it off.

Is it going to be harder on the new players than the high level ones?
Well...of course. Bloodthirsty invaders are always more brutal to those less able to defend themselves.

Do you still have options? Of course you do. Team up with other players and fight back, Come here on the forums and complain, Or try to find a quite spot that has not yet been affected and pretend it isn't happening. But those spots will become fewer and fewer.

You can either join the fight to liberate your home, or let others do the work for you. But the kitin are out for blood, and they will not let themselves be ignored.

We are so young and weak back then, only our numbers and good sense won the day...

And YES, they not only came into the cities... we were compelled to fight them back because they would killed the NPC's and we could not trade or use the trainers... talk about incentive !

Standing in front of a wall of kitin alone can be disheartening and seem futile. There have been some suggestions to you explaining how you can remedy it and take on the challenge.

When you accuse others of being illiterate you might want to check your spelling a few times to make sure you don't make a fool of yourself. English isn't my native language but my dictionary can spot 3 spelling errors in your post.

In Dew Drop they are just about everywhere, unless your totaly happy with killing stingas. Kara TP for missions, *no can do* they own the tp, 2 groups of mobs there.

Wind of muse they have about 80% coverage travel is very difficult. They have portal from DD surrounded there so u have to use tp to zone and its clear atm but u cant wander far from it.

Oh and im a melee they have 80% protection against my attacks. So trying to fight 4* kitin 3 at a time with ragus chewing on my leg isnt really an option for me. :(

well, this IS the international forum as well (Cho server) so not all people have english as their first language, but the majority of us who have posted in this thread so far know enough....
(btw is upon, not apon)

yay... I'm special!

I'll take this as a Pro since you're not burned out, bored, or tired of grinding
darkcred wrote: I do not need you telling me what is fun and what is boring, when I know quite well what I enjoy and what I do not.
neither do I. We're not telling you what your opinion should be, but simply pointing out that these events don't come along very often and if you took a moment to stop running into the giant, blue spawns of kitin, you might actually notice that it makes the game quite a bit more fun. I should point out that on Tuesday afternoon my melee was under 50... my magic under 30... since then I've been off hunting the kitin and they're both well over 50 now. Get some heavy armor (if on Cho, /tell Tommy :p ) and go fight them. Grab someone else if they're around. its the best time to make friends if you don't know anyone.

Again, I'll point you to the levels above. I WAS in your position. I didn't even know there was an invasion going on until I tried to take a screenie of a yubo in his costume, only to get ganked by 9 lil kidinaks. I've got lots of DP trying to get to Min-Cho or dig in the desert. Its going to happen. yet, I'm loving the invasion. they're rare, they're fun, and this ones rewarding.

I listend to your complaints, so perhaps its time you listened to ours. You can still grind away, you can still do everything you did before. You just have to be more cautious in doing so. You could even go level on the kitin themselves since they're 4 stars and loaded with xp.
